Types of Liquid Painting Booths We Supply in Kuwait
Dip Painting Tank
The conveyor carries the article through the paint tank for the required time. The article is coated and then cured in the paint curing oven.
Best for: Simple-shaped parts in high volume where a uniform primer or single coat is needed.
Side Draft Water Wall Booth
An MS/SS panel enclosure with a constant-flow water wall behind the article. Overspray paint flows down with the water into the washing chamber while air is drawn from the side. The operator stands outside the booth.
Best for: Conveyorised and batch type plants.
Downdraft Water Wall Booth
Air is drawn from the top to the bottom of the booth, with a constant-flow water wall at the floor. Overspray flows with the water into the washing chamber. The operator walks inside the booth around the article.
Best for: Heavy articles and large fabrications.
Dry Booth
Recommended where the painting workload is low or the components are very small. It uses mechanical filters, which can be cleaned and reused, or replaceable paper filters.
Best for: Low volumes, small parts and medium articles on an overhead conveyor.
Paint Curing Ovens
The paint curing oven is an enclosed, insulated chamber with air-circulating blowers and a heating system. A solvent evaporation exhaust system maintains the solvent LEL level for safe operation.
Batch Type Oven
Painted articles are loaded on a trolley and pushed inside. After the baking schedule, the doors are opened and the trolley is taken out.
Best for: Mixed jobs and heavy fabrications.
Conveyorised Conventional Oven
The conveyor carries articles through the chamber for the required time, so parts come out cured continuously.
Best for: Continuous painting lines.
Conveyorised Camel Back Oven
Entry and exit are cut out parallel to the ground so hot air stays inside and heat loss is reduced.
Best for: Lines where fuel saving is a priority.
