We are Manufacturer, Supplier and Exporter of Varnishing Plants, Moisture Drying Ovens, Varnish Curing Ovens, and our setup is situated in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Varnish is a chemical which is used for insulation of electrical goods.
It Consist of enclosed insulted chamber which is provided with air circulating blower with electrical heater. The air is circulated in the chamber to increase & distribute even temperature in all over area. This oven is used for heating the article before dipping in varnish chemical. Solvent evaporation exhaust system is provided to maintain LEL level.
Varnish Curing Oven
After dipping in varnish chemical the article will travel in this oven and cure the varnish chemical on the article. The article travels for a particular time inside the oven. This Oven consists of enclosed insulted chamber which is provided with air circulating blower with electrical heater.
